New Delhi: The fifth meeting of the South Delhi Journalists Association was held in a joyful atmosphere in Vishwakarma Colony. A large number of journalists attended, demonstrating their unity. The registration certificate for the South Delhi Journalists Association has been received, and this occasion was celebrated by distributing sweets to all the journalists.
This was the first meeting after the registration, and a large number of journalists were present. The meeting began under the chairmanship of the president. All the members shared their views, and discussions were held on their ideas. Efforts will now be made to further strengthen the organization and to include all journalists from South Delhi who are not yet part of the group. The organization is for everyone and with everyone; therefore, any journalist who wishes to join the South Delhi Journalists Association group can meet with the organization's members, submit their documents, and become a member. The door is open to all, and the organization wants every journalist in South Delhi to join. This will increase the importance of the organization, and the respect and dignity of journalists will be maintained strongly in South Delhi.
Discussions were also held on the annual membership fee and health insurance policies for journalists.
Today's meeting was fruitful, and after all the discussions, the president shed light on the news circulating in the group and stated that the executive committee elected on August 19th will remain unchanged. However, if a member of the executive committee does not attend three consecutive meetings, the organization may take action after deliberation. A suggestion was also made that members of the executive committee who are unable to dedicate time or attend meetings can resign from their position after informing the organization and remain as a regular member, allowing their position to be given to another responsible member of the organization. Several issues were discussed, and these discussions also brought out heartfelt opinions, which further strengthen the organization.
Let's all come together and play our part in making the South Delhi Journalists' Association the strongest organization in South Delhi and indeed, in all of Delhi.
